I'm happy to share that Thrive Therapy is now seeing clients from a beautiful new space inside Active Natural Health, in Brooklin, ON, where we will be seeing clients in-office.
While we continue to operate independently, sharing this space opens the door to a more connected and holistic experience for those seeking support with both mental and physical health.
Active Natural Health is home to a team of
experienced practitioners offering services such as naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy & chiropractic care. Although our practices are distinct, there’s a shared commitment to client-centered, integrative care—and many of our services naturally complement one another.
The Connection Between Mental and Physical Health
Thrive Therapy supports clients with a range of mental health issues such as ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and hormone-related health concerns. It’s clear that mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum—many clients also struggle with chronic pain, fatigue, sleep issues, or hormonal shifts that affect how they feel emotionally and cognitively.
Being in a space where clients can access care that addresses both mind and body—whether through psychiatry, naturopathic medicine, or manual therapies—supports a more complete path to wellness.
How Chiropractic Care Can Support Mental Health
Chiropractic care is often thought of as just spinal adjustments for back pain—but its impact can reach far beyond musculoskeletal health. Chiropractic care focuses on the alignment and function of the nervous system, which plays a critical role in emotional regulation, focus, and stress response.
Clients struggling with:
Anxiety or ADHD may benefit from nervous system support to promote calm and improve focus.
Chronic tension, headaches, or jaw tightness (often related to stress) may find physical relief improves their overall sense of well-being.
Sleep disturbances or fatigue may experience better rest and recovery when physical alignment is optimized.
These physical shifts can complement the psychiatric care we provide at Thrive Therapy, creating more sustainable improvements in mental health and day-to-day functioning.

Shared Philosophy, Complementary Care
There’s a clear alignment in values at Active Natural Health & Thrive Therapy. We each bring a unique lens to care, but we share a commitment to treating the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.
If you're looking for support that considers both your mental and physical health, I’d be happy to welcome you into this thoughtful, integrated space.
