💼 Position Overview: Psychometrist (Independent Contractor)
Location: Ontario-based (Remote or Hybrid- Office Locations in Durham Region)
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $80–$100/hour (based on experience & scope)
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Administer and score standardized assessments including ASRS, CAARS, CPT-3, TOVA, and more
Summarize results to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner during assessments
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold client confidentiality
Optional: Provide psychoeducational testing under supervision of a psychologist
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
Experience administering and interpreting psychometric tools
Knowledge of ADHD, executive functioning, and mental health screening
Strong communication, writing, and time management skills
Comfortable with virtual platforms and remote documentation
Based in Ontario and eligible to work in Canada
Experience with CPT-3, Conners, or WAIS-IV is considered an asset.
